Every Somnawell order ships with free worldwide shipping — it's already included in the price, with nothing extra to pay at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Estimated delivery

Most orders arrive within 10–20 business days from the time you order. Delivery times vary by destination — orders to Singapore and Southeast Asia tend to arrive sooner, while some locations may take a little longer.

Duties & taxes

All orders ship with duties and import taxes included (DDP), so there are no surprise customs fees to pay when your order arrives.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships, so you can follow it to your door.

If your order is delayed

Occasionally customs processing or carrier delays can push delivery beyond our estimate. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, email support@somnawell.com and we'll make it right.
